Happy Heart Personal Fitness offers several different packages to choose from depending on your health and fitness needs.

Package A:

One Time Health / Fitness Evaluation & Program Consultation

This package is for individuals who want some base line fitness information and a written recommendation for them to carry out on their own.  This session usually lasts approximately 2.5 hours and includes:

  1. Health Screen Questionnaire & Consult

  2. Seven Point Fitness Evaluation including:

  3. Body Fat Percentage

  4. Cardiovascular Endurance

  5. Muscular Strength

  6. Flexibility

  7. Sample Mini-workout

  8. Written program designed for the client to carry out on their own.

Cost:  $99.00


Package B:

Package of 5 Personal Training Sessions

Package B includes the initial evaluation and consultation as listed in Package A. Client also receives 4 additional in-home personalized workout sessions.  Sessions usually last approximately 60 - 75 minutes.  Sessions may be scheduled with Shanna once a week for 4 weeks, or twice a week for 2 weeks, or once a month for 4 months.

Cost at Happy Heart Fitness:  $200.00


Package C:

Package of 10 Personal Training Sessions

Package C also includes the evaluation from Package A as well as 9 additional personal training sessions with Shanna.


Cost In Client’s Home:    $450.00

Cost at Happy Heart Fitness:  $400.00


Package D:

Package of 20 Personal Training Sessions


Package D is the best value package!  Not only does the client receive the initial fitness evaluation and consultation, but 19 additional training sessions with Shanna.  This is the only package that includes a follow up fitness test at the end to compare results from the beginning.
